I normally just tip the FS price for the girl so 120 - 150 depending on the girl. It definitely varies based on the girl. Just bring the most you'd normally pay for FS and negotiate downwards.

Per my experience, standard tip for an hour is more or less like 160. So with table shower, I'd appreciate her at least 160 and maybe a bit extra for better services.
