There are three massage parlors on US 27. Alexandria Family Wellness, where you will get a great massage. Asian Massage is in the old Ameristop plaza in Cold Springs across from the Central Campbell Fire Department. Foot Massage is in Highland Heights next to the urgent care and across from Canes at Martha Layne Collins Blvd. I have enjoyed AFW and Foot, but haven't visited Asian Spa.
