Franklin County is a drive from the city so #3 might be tough to get to.

With STL best to avoid downtown because it's a ghost town, and the north side of the city has crime issues. Providers are often in South City or St. Charles. Avoid Maryland Heights. LEO.

Airport area will likely be the most accessible / best place. Lots of action around there, and it's relatively close to St. Charles area as well. Downtown and Clayton areas will also be OK for you. Gals from the Illinois side are more likely to visit Downtown. Clayton is pretty centrally located, but somewhat more upscale in terms of price for hotels. Avoid North City.
