To be fair I've never yet had to wait more than a couple of minutes, all appointments were honored, and I never got a bait and switch.

I do have some big issues with those places. I mentioned some of the shit I've seen over on the are&are&SS thread in the Seattle section.

Up front just so you know what you're reading, I greatly prefer GFE to PSE, so for example the legendary Angela is not a list topper for me but many of the gentler sweeter types are, and that perspective should clearly be taken into account when judging the relevance of what I say for you.
