Were you ever able to see this one (I'm guessing it's the same Katie as this ad: https://www.rubrankings.com/united-s...ice-27700.html)? I tried to TOFTT yesterday but without going into a long story, my scam alert was going crazy. Didn't end up going through with it.

I contacted this Katie and hoping to have a meeting with her on Monday.

She sent me her address which is in NULU near downtown.

Asked for deposit but told her I would not do that and would only pay cash up front.

Hopefully we will see.

Stopped at Sun first. There were quite a few cars in the lot for 10 am on a Sunday. I saw a guy walk out so I knocked on the door.
