Stockton blvd has mostly dried up for some reason, although I can still find some action further up north going toward fruitridge. Also have seen a couple further south towards Gerber road and even up to Elsie ave / mack road. But around the 99 plus mart and 47th Ave there aren't nearly as many girls out as before.

Way back in the late 90's there was a little person who worked the Tenderloin in SF. I considered it a few times but word was that she was not a nice person and it wasn't worth it. I see more white street walkers out lately and I herd there there was a bust recently are the white girls real or are they uncover cops I'm curious I've picked up a white girl or 2 but is this the under cover cop action we need to keep are head on a swivel any been busted on here who can spread som detail about a sting.

We all need to stop negotiating through the car window. Signal the girl to get in. If she won't, drive away.

Not every girl who refuses to just get in the car is a cop, but every cop will refuse to get in the car. Remember LE's main priority is always their own safety, and a UC in a car alone can't be protected. They'll get you to agree to pay for services, then tell you they'll meet you around the corner, and now they have a recording of you soliciting and you're screwed when the uniforms are the ones waiting for you.

If we all stop agreeing to talk until she's in the car and we're driving away we can make it so it's not the norm anymore. We'll all be better for it.

Yes, I also noticed that there are more white people in these locations now. This applies to both Watt and Stockton. I've been there four times recently but had no success, so I turned around and left, even though these places were very busy. Here's something important to keep in mind. There are too many police cars on Watt now. They are parked on nearby streets, around corners, and in hidden spots, watching what's happening. They periodically patrol the nearby streets and shine lights into the windows of parked cars. Every time this happened, I had to drive further away because I personally saw them randomly stopping passing cars multiple times three days ago. Here's something else that seemed off. I saw a new street walker a few times—absolutely stunning, white. The price was surprising, only $100, but she only offers services in her room. Seems a bit too cheap because she's a 9 out of 10. I saw her get into different cars and drive off multiple times, but it still seemed strange to me.

Yesterday, there was also a lot of activity on Stockton. There were many street walkers, all very different. They stood in groups of 3 to 7 in parking lots, being very loud and talking a lot, but it wasn't entirely clear what about. Prices also varied from $100 to $200. But again, it was the same story as on Watt. There were a lot of police cars constantly driving up and down the street. And they were always different cars.

Add to that the fact that the Happy massage parlor closed down a few days ago. Clearly, this is not the best time for all of this. Honestly, it's really sad that the laws here are like this. I'm from Europe myself, and I don't remember there ever being any kind of punishment for clients anywhere.

Hit the stroll last night and was surprised to see some decent action on Stockton.

There was one tall Black girl working the Walmart parking lot.

Something like 6-10 girls between Fowler and 47th. A large group of them at the 99 cent store, and then some stragglers up the road. I've never been one to pick up a girl in a crowd with lots of attention-drawing traffic around, though.

One girl was working the corner by the cemetery. Swug around the block but when I got back someone else had beat me to her.

Everything north of there was dead, so I made a quick spin through DPH, where there were only two older Black women, both far too overweight for my taste.

Watt: four girls on the east side of Winona, each keeping a respectful distance from the others. 4-5 girls right at Winona and the drive way for Carl's Jr, then 3 more scattered up that towards Taco Bell. Another by the 7-11. But, one of the ones on the east side of Winona had caught my eye, so I circled back that way. To discover she was gone. Hope whomever got her had a good time.

Circled a few more times, didn't see anything as interesting, so I bailed.

Still, good to see that at least on a non-rainy night, it looks like Stockton might be heading back in the right direction after being dead for so long.
