I drive that road often as well and think you're right. Either way it's back to Cece's now. I didn't see a menu posted, so maybe that's different. The lady I saw was Asian, but not straight off the boat like at One or other asian spas, probably lived here for a time. She was familiar with the other spas and said she used to work at one so it was more standard that way with the house fee and upgrades. Probably a different lady in that I wouldn't classify her body as anything above average.

... I thought that place (Cabarrus Ave) was turn into some type of Ladies Boutique. Or some such shit. I would enjoy knowing the scoop. My one visit long ago was a disappointment, but since I don't know what's going on with Uptown, I might give CeCe another try. At least with Uptown, the massage was top notch.
