While I totally agree with your overall sentiment, I look at Mr. King's posts differently. While one can take it as bragging, I take it as he's just providing personal experiences to show certain girls can be had for free or cheap. When he shows pics or refers to certain girls, he's just showing receipts and he's not just all talk.

His tone may be abrasive (out of all the posters, I think moderators take down his posts the most) and he insults guys in general, I take it as harmless ribbing; he always gets a chuckle out of me.
