Yup, I was asked to do the same. The request was to send a screenshot from previous appointments, just so the Sesang booker could verify that I am an existing customer. It was painless.

My guess is, if anyone is being asked for more than a screenshot, then it's because they either haven't booked with Sesang before, or it's been a long time since their last appointment. If you're a frequent customer, there appears to be no hassle.
