The honorable SlamT, I wish I had better news, but I'm inclined to share EmptyP's view. April is all about "hurry up and finish. ". I think it's a corporate culture thing, and April missed the memo.

Confirmed Appointment on Friday. I was asked to text on my way Saturday morning, which I did. No response. I still headed that way.
