It has been a while since I went out looking for a great massage with a L1 (which is my preference) but I stumbled upon it today after being turned away at Fen Hong when it was too busy.

Evergreen Oriental on Commodity Cir (off of JYP near Sand Lake) has been a few different names over the years and has usually had a pretty solid massage with a decent L1. The massage today was absolutely top notch. One of those where 1/2 way through you become OK with the fact that you might not get a L1 since the massage is so good.
