I am sorry, why are 'babies' over 35 asking for over $400? Did they miss the asset depreciation class? Sub $300 at best.

I don't think they're natural. Based on the sudden inflation seen below (it's not like she's the US economy). So those pontoons are likely a lot younger than she is.
