When you do business with providers like that, you open yourself up to all sorts of risks. There have been reports on the news of increased Hispanic gang activity in the area, and if you think they aren't involved in this business you'd be sorely mistaken. There's also the common scam of "cartel members" sending photos to would be patrons of severed heads and demanding money, although I don't believe its as prevalent here, but I have heard of it happening more often in other areas. Just always be careful who you see, and if they're foreign and speak minimal English, that should always be a huge red flag, unless you're somewhere with a commonly Spanish speaking population such as Miami or NYC.
