Shout out to all on this thread. This thread was great in guiding me. I tried reaching out to some providers on Humaniplex, but didn't want to risk being disappointed. Thanks for shedding light about their previous personas. Sena's TER review doesn't look so good and she even rebranded in Norcal. Looks like poor service even from a supposed HYA.
