Agreed on the Uber option. I've never sent one to anyone before so it was one of those "take the lazy way out" things. I'll educate myself on the Uber sending process before I make another attempt at such a thing. Was she a decent provider?

My advice to any hobbyist is this. Keep your texts brief and non-explicit. Ask for time, not dollar amounts. Watch you back and be aware of scammers, but also have some respect for their position. Read reviews on here and elsewhere, but most of all be careful and think with the big head.

I definitely try not to be explicit but when I ask "Hi what are your rates" and they respond with "what are you trying to do" at that point I got to be explicit. Some respond and some don't because I simply say "15 min full service" etc. I'm always respectful and never come off as rude pushy or mean, so much so that some didn't even see me because I sound "white" on the phone and I'm very well spoken and polite. When I eventually link up with those a few days / weeks later they apologize that they put me in the hood category.

More recently I've been trying to link up with providers and depending on how difficult it is to get very basic info out of them like rates / donations I simply block or ghost them.
