Just went to say most of the comments on here are pretty on point as far as YMMV. Experiences have truly ranged form just pure platonic cuddling to amazing sex. I think as long as long as you have decent game, getting at least some action is almost guaranteed. Out of the ten or so cuddles I have seen, only one was a hard core no to all things touching. In most cases, a pause is due to an issue with charging the payment method CC has on file for the house fee. Could be as simple as an expired card or a gift card that ran out of $$. For investigating suspicions activities, you would see her Timed Out rather than Paused.
