I'm aware. You can also catch stuff wearing a condom. There are few sexual practices, at least ones involving more than one person, that are entirely risk free.

IMO it's only a matter of when not if playing that game. They don't like unsubstantiated posts without proof as that's too easy for someone to make baseless claims but it's not hard to figure out the amount of people BBFS providers see and something popping up.
