I used to fundraise for a charity where we'd cold call a list of numbers in a neighborhood. Most of us would ask for a $20-30 donations and it would take an average of about 10 minutes a call to close a deal, assuming we didn't get hung up right away, which happened the vast majority of the time. There's risk and hassle involved for girls with every new customer they see. The guy might be LE. He might be a scammer. He might be violent. He might be on drugs. He might have VD. He might be an asshole. He has to be directed to the place of the session. He might ghost or cancel and fuck up the schedule. The girl has to clean up the room and herself between sessions.

If the girl charges 500 a session and gets 2 guys in a day, her day is way less of a risk and hassle than if she's trying to juggle 5 guys in and out of a room over the course of a day. And unless she's getting 200/ hour from each guy, she's making less money by seeing more guys at a cheaper rate.
