I find it strange that you saw her passport but why not mention her exact age? You first said she was "prolly like mid-late 40's", then changed it to just "40+". That didn't sound like someone who is sure of a girl age. I could also say Ina is 40+ and can still claim to be accurate within 6 years of her real age.
