Ad doesn't have the usual markers of being a full blown scam, but without a name to search and no prior established report, more than likely catfishing or some kind of bait-and-switch.

I find it difficult to believe this topic has any traction within a group of senior members, does it happen that mongers get butthurt on occasion with a provider and post an ill review? Yes.
