I have a old burner iphone so I just use that to FaceTime them. I think FT is end-to-end encrypted so I prefer that over Google Duo where Google is probably recording everything.

Never use Facetime with a hooker.

Set up a generic google account (which is a pain if you want to limit sharing / access), get a Google Voice #, and use Google Duo. Can also use Whatsapp with that but it will disable / replace current whatsapp. Useful for S America / Eurotrips.

You can also suggest / insist on Zoom, which you can join anonymously.
