Looks like they are cracking down on spas in the general area, but the cops claim that it's part of a long running investigation. A little back-of-the-envelope math tells me that there are over 50 times as many Chicago cops as ICE agents in Chicago, so the Feds just don't have the manpower to round up every stray Columbian hooker that might be in the apartment-adjacent spas on Archer Avenue that continually rotate girls.
