They probably have the address the card is linked to and notice it's your old card. I have the same issue with SDM when made a new account, becasue I was using the same credit card they suspended my new account (this was after I'd closed the old one). Ended up having the email support a few times to get that resolved.

I find the the end of the month is a good time to check sugar sites as that's when quick money is often needed. That's good news for us!
