A reminder that a week ago some agencies raised prices 10-30 and are testing out a few premium girls. Whereas other agencies have not raised prices. I guess everyone has their own definition. But I don't think most people would agree that a 5'8" anorexic girl weighing 99.9 lbs would be considered a spinner. I've always been under the impression that a spinner is petite in height, weight, and body type.
