Not only does she sound insane, she obviously has no concept of customer service and is apparently confused about which party is the service provider and which is the paying customer. Entitled attitudes are a turn off.

I recently recall another person being referred to as a straight-up provider even though she has more than doubled her rates in 2 years. The GPS attitude is ridiculous.

Oh, I see some mention of queer identity in her website and in at least one photo. If she is indeed trans, the "work" looks fantastic!

She is a woman but claims non-binary status and is extremely defensive about it. So much so that she got banned from the GPS site. For more information search this site for the word calcifer but man hater would probably also work.
