I think you might have been replying to the wrong person? I was talking about how bookers add to the drama with infighting amongst themselves, which then ripples out to girls and owners. Right now, a relatively new booker is doing well, and so other bookers are jealous / bitter / whatever, and it's stressing the girls out because they're getting pressure to not use the new booker. Some girls leave because of this, or decide not to use a particular booker, which then can affect the flow of money going to bookers and owners, etc. It's all a big symbiotic relationship, and ripples in one area can definitely have effects on other parties.

So from the 60 per appt. Just how big a raise do you think it was? How much do you think it affected the going rate compared to this boss / owner trying to raise rates by 150-200+ per girl? The bookers aren't getting any of that.

My take is at the 500/ hr mark, I would expect better than what's available at the usual rates. Right now, I'm hooked with B. Ravi so I'll use her as a benchmark as far as HYA goes. I don't use the Thai booker lately but they still do 200 hh. It's 300 hr. This gap no longer exists at korgs at the lower end. I have written before about my experiences, anyone interested can look at guides in the OC forum or find them on HX. I don't know about LA at all though but my ATFs mentioned it exists. I think I got lucky at the thai org because I found a few girls and stuck with them nonstop. I'm always thinking the next girl isn't going to be good, but it never happened. So I don't try to say they're all good yet in my experience every single one I got was. The reason I stopped using them often is they have less HYA than they used to. Sith Lord Emily was the second to last one, then the other one retired.

The thai org uses realistic photos (make sure to use HX so you see ALL of them they will mix in real unfiltered with a PS ad highlighted) so I could literally just see it was HYA and drop in when it happened. I do not rely on ad photos for korgs who knows what you get. Night and day difference between the two orgs on that point.

I know names get reused so it's hard to search for Emily, but her and other thai HYA featured in link below. ALL are retired don't bother asking, I wish I knew. Or rather, please tell me the moment they're working again. So now you know why I write elaborate HYA rosters for korgs because that's where I find them nowadays. Currently the OC thai org features Megan who is not my type (I like skinny) but clearly what other guys would look forward to. Service over looks but good looking imo. Photo accurate, not even PS.

Not entirely true. Bookers all raised their rate collectively at one point, which caused agencies to increase the hourly rates in recent years. There's an entire backstory on what bookers did to get this done which I won't dive into.

This obviously doesn't apply to the 400+ or ridiculous upcharge kgirls. Although it does somewhat play into it tbh.
