Seems like the owners handlers aren't concerned with spending money to improve conditions and make it worthwhile for girls to make the trip to Columbus. Only charging as much as possible while offering the bare minimum.

The bare minimum is not set by the owners. The owners are not running the show. The girls are. The owners only recruit, provide a place To work and stay and advertising. The girls decide what they are willing to do and for what money. If they can go four hours to Detroit, Chicago, New York or Pittsburg and make twice the money in those cities doing the exact same service that's where they are going to go.

Hell Miami before the recent changes in law a girl could make twice the money they make here in Columbus simply giving hand jobs. They will always prefer that over full service. It's not like the owners decide the rates the girls want. The girls demand a minimum daily amount to stay typically if they are younger it's a 1000 minimum a day. Owners need 400 a day to make it worth their while and that's still a low performing apartment. 1400 a day per girl. That's seven 200 services a day. Columbus pulls in 6 max on a good day. Three typically most days.

Columbus is just not a good market for younger talented girls. Maybe it's the population and number of men looking here? No matter what it is Columbus will be a place where below average women go because there is no room in other cities where the cute young girls are working. It's getting worse not better and I don't see it changing.

Hell 20 years ago the store spas had much better looking women working them and you could get good upgrades. Now I won't step into a store spa here. It's a waste of time and money in my opinion. The quality and service is horrible. The answer and talk on phones. Walk out right in the middle of service to answer customers coming in. Fart and belch the entire time. LOL.

I'm just sticking with sugar babies and calling it what it is. A shit market that's not going to improve anytime soon.

Look I get it. It's all frustrating especially if you have been to another city and seen what you can get for the price but it's not the owners. The clients and girls set the market at what it is.

If you own a butcher shop that's only sold rancid ground beef for the last three years, and suddenly you have Wagyu rib eye in the shop for a few days, nobody is rushing in to buy it because everyone thinks all you have is rancid ground beef.

Maybe if those mysterious owners subsidized some hot under-30 women, who provide good service, and don't play used car salesman pricing games, to come here for a few months and establish a good reputation, they'd start generating good business.

Great points! I know they have offered traveling expenses, food and lower house commissions but in the end it's a business for them and they se not going to put to much time and effort into an area that just don't make money. It's just so much easier to let the lease run out and leave. Why work twice as hard when you can just open up somewhere else and make money with little effort?

In the end that's what's going to happen. I just don't ever see Columbus getting anything better than Riverside here.

If anyone wanted to see Emily before she leaves, she will be leaving Tuesday for at least a month to train at her new spa before the old owner leaves for good.

Massage spas for sale everywhere. Rent prices are way too high so no $ to be made running a store front spa with old pricing but increases in prices cause a loss of customers. Spa owner told me to make up for the rent increase they would have to raise prices from $60 a hour to $80 to break even and that only if customers numbers also increase.
