Your doctor will know them so don't bother asking me. Next, set up routine STD bloodwork screenings, the frequency will depend on how often you pay for play, how scared you are of needles, and your own risk tolerance. After that, get a prescription for Descovy or Truvada and a standing order from your doctor for doxcycline mono and follow the dosage instructions. For me, it's 200 mg after every unsafe encounter (you may have different instructions). That's pretty much every time cause BBBJ falls into that category. Following that, know and put into practice good habits that help prevent exposure. For guys, it's mainly have immaculate hygiene before and after seeing a girl and ALWAYS piss after you've done the deed. Shaving (both upstairs and downstairs) immediately prior to an appointment is a no no, micro abrasion and cuts are points of ingress for what we don't want getting into our bloodstream. I wouldn't limit your options too much because of BB. As you said, you can always go covered with them. Participate in sex acts that you are comfortable with and you should be golden.
