It looks like I did not expain the story right. I gave her an upfront advance to use to get her stuff. It was an amount we agreed on and was fine the last times. I returned what she left in my car to an address she gave me. So I am out of what I gave her, which is fine. Safety is more important than what he or she got. I won't put myself in situations like that again. I still think that a set up or shakedown was about to happen, so I don't regret what I did to get myself out of the situation. I talk to her regularly from the slammer. Her case has been adjudicated. She is moving over to state soon, but should hit the streets sometime in April. But, this time it will be parole and supervised. She hopes for a half way house but she really hopes she does not get back into the life, because there will be four years left for her at the state house. There was a hammer involved, but it was a scum bag who took a run at a forced date, no pay. Phoenix took a hammer to him and even chased him down the road with it. Rich, her BF / pimp was involved too by joining in the chase but because of his rap sheet, he won't be as lucky from a time standpoint. IDK, maybe a wake up call, maybe not. The scum bag has since turned ghost on the prosecution and therefore, all attempted murder charges reduced to assault. She got 2 to four but with time served, she makes it out in the spring. The hammer shots to the head did f him up pretty bad. But, he is alive and using with the rests of the drug addicts.
