I agree. State law mandate sent down to counties it appears. Not sure if they received any state funding tied to it. It likely depends on budgets, extra manpower and the desire to make headlines for political gain. Others likely have bigger fish to fry with hard crime.

The CCSO actually helped sponsor or lobbied for the massage bill if you go and read articles when it was being pushed. They must really have wanted to go after the parlors and needed the extra excuse. Interesting that Lee County so far doesn't seem as invested in going after them.

Pulled Catalina. Opted for 30 min. Hope it was an off day. Little to no effort. Could not take much and ended up finishing off my self. Asked for a tip at the end. Unfortunately will not repeat.

IMHO this is starting to look more like a county thing. Some counties are going after it harder than others.

Looking at the previous records it appears administrative with maybe a fine. Multiple offences may turn out to be different, they do need a business license to operate. Seems the beatings will continue until records improve. I don't understand what is so hard about getting their records in order. Like everything there are good business operators and bad. This would appear to be weeding out the bad operators who also may be bad in other respects.

My pool girl told me early last month that she expected new enforcement after the first of the year, looks like her intel was correct. Another reason to make sure places are collecting the info and to provide what is required. If everything is in order I would not expect any issues.

One arrest related to massages on 1/10/25 is listed in the CCSO website. She was arrested for Failure to Provide Customer Records and Failure to Provide Employee Records. She had similar charges in August.

Do charges like this necessitate an arrest and subsequent booking and jail time? The charges seem more administrative than criminal and it seems they should be treated more like a parking ticket.

Just another example behind the hypocrisy of those that call this state the Free State of Florida. In reality, FLA is far from it and is coming close to becoming a police state. It doesn't help matters that republican super majorities were voted in for both houses, thereby allowing restrictions to our freedoms to move forward untethered.

Be careful who and what you vote for. You just might get it.

I guess that depends on the service that you're looking for. I personally have been to the bee three times in the last couple weeks because of this forum. I have had better luck at Kenwood, but it cost more. I think the average girl at Kenwood would be a top girl at the B as far as looks. IMHO. I'm not into chunky girls. I also have not found a girl at the B that does BBBJ. Most at Kenwood will and that's what I go there for and yes, there is an additional charge for that.

So, there's like 4 places on Kenwood. What's the name of the place you're talking about? I think we seek the same kind of providers.

Hey Team, I have been to the Bee a few times while visiting the area and the service there never disappoints. I'll be back through in a few weeks and wondering if there is any other spots around the area offering same level of services? I see mention of a spot towards college and Kenwood, same level of provider and services offered there? If anybody has some info to share please send my way or add to the post, thanks all and safe hunting.
