Thought I'd check out whether Comfort Spa on Ashland and Addison changed its tune at all. It has all the hallmarks of a L1 joint, but it seems like it's totally legit.

I'm sure some here (the shillish?) will call you cheap but good on you for getting a reasonable price. I have walked out on spa visits many times when I didn't feel "the juice was worth the squeeze", was misled into some bait and switch or just, plain, didn't think the provider was worth the asking price. It's easy to feel you are committed after you've parked, arrived or even undressed but I've been around long enough (and regretted enough visits) to realize the time wasted going to a spa only to walk out is much, much better then not only wasting the time but the money also. Now sometimes, you're offered a bargain such as in your case, and it makes up for the other short-comings of the situation. Doesn't happen often but glad to hear it worked for you.

On a side note. It's that time of year where things are slow and these spas and brothels experience a drop in business. That coupled with a prolonged, inflated economy (gas prices, groceries, eating out), it may be time for a market correction. At least we can hope.
