I went the other day and they tried putting me in the waiting room so I left. I know what they do, but I would like some imagination that I'm their only one that day.

They are mostly busy but you get lucky to hit the right time when they are not. It's hard to pin point but calling or texting ahead always helps because they will put you first on the list even if there is a walk-in.

And sometimes, they put you in the waiting area because the room is not ready, not because girls are busy.
