80/160 is correct for an hour. For me personally, I always do 80/140 or 80/120 and that usually gets me everything within half an hour plus or minus 10 minutes. But I also have zero interest in staying and talking to these girls, getting a massage or MSOG. The second I finish I'm trying to get to my car and move on with my day.
