I agree with a lot of what you're saying. I want to add that bait and switch happens with many places regardless. If anything, I've seen it happen more often the multi-agency bookers. Several bookers are the owner even under the LA system, but you usually can't tell the way it's set up. Since in some cases they are friendly and can book for other agencies so you wouldn't know it. But in those cases they will push their own girls if given the chance. So occasionally, you are still complaining to the owner and it's really hit and miss what you'll get. I've called out some B+S but on the bright side it's still much better than with corgs.

With the hit and miss, sometimes you get a good booker. I don't like getting called but once they had a legit reason and it worked out. One girl had a special menu and the booker was right. Another time, they called me randomly and out of curiosity I answered. They told me I had booked one of their top girls ever and she is really great. In that one case, they were right. I even booked her again. But I have no idea why they called me right before my appointment just to tell me. They never called me again for 10 years. I'll attach her photo, she was better than her photo but keeping in mind this was over 10 years ago so I guess she's a 30s pre-MILF now.

I think what you say about girls going out must be a LTLV thing because in Socal it's not a thing. It makes no difference at all, I could list too many examples but for privacy won't get into it. Some girls have cars some don't, some girls even work for both types of agencies. Of course if a ktown girl ends up touring Las Vegas, then yes she's probably not going to have a car. That might be more the reason.

They are new pictures; she went to a photographer in mid-December to have those taken.

That's why, as some other monger pointed out, LTLV even calls out the usernames of some mongers on their website, complaining about the mongers. If it was just a regular booker who screwed up an appointment, they would just say sorry and move on, or offer you a discount (usually them cutting their fee out or something, depending on how egregious the error). But the shop owners in Vegas tend to take things super personally, and really don't care about long-term repeat customers. That's why if you talk to the girls, they'll tell you how they act with the owners / bookers here are different from how they act with the bookers and owners in other cities.
