The bookers in Vegas seem to be the shop owners as well. In places like LA, there are multiple shops, but the bookers are always separate from the owner. I personally have only used two of the K-girl agencies here in town Vegas Asian Club (VAC) and the unmentionable one.

So I am not an expert my any means. Initially I didn't want to go through their screening process but at the end of the day their reliability, selection, and most importantly their full menu of services make K-girl agencies the best value (unless you have some regular indys that provide those services at that price point).

I don't think there is a hard and fast general rule when it comes to k-girl agencies. All the bookers in LV are sort of the same more or less and I wouldn't say one agency was known for more accurate photos, hotter girls etc. Vs the others. I've had experiences all over the board both good and not as good. One agency does seem to get more J-girls, if that is your thing. You should prioritize by the girl you want to see. Cross listing doesn't seem to happen here like in LA, so if you want to see a certain girl, it'll tend to be a specific agency you have to work with.
