Yes, even at the last minute. You could confirm multiple times and be in constant contact and act completely normal / fine, and this clown will still stand you up or not respond once you get to the destination / location you both agreed to. So either she takes pleasure in doing this, or she's very paranoid.

My first experience trying to meet her in public more than 5+months ago: She got arrested for being so stupid to be caught with substances(Not Hard Drugs). 2nd experience where she reached out to me, negotiations went well and we agreed to another public Meet. : She stopped responding once I got to the place we agreed to meet.
