I use it instead of Viagra. This is how it works for me others may have different results. For me it only gives me a hard on when I'm stimulated. It could be the anticipation of getting with somebody or just a touch. I usually take one or 2 pills depends on last time I took it and it lasts awhile sometimes a day or two.
