How does one go about finding these good Korean and "elite" Chinese places?

This is a pretty accurate assessment of the local scene. K-girl agencies and "elite" Chinese places have worked out the equation. There are always exceptions, but in general if they bring in talented and attractive providers, don't upsell, focus on communication and service, then they will acquire a loyal customer base.

So we all know from RM that there are literally over 500 massage shops in San Diego. Now, if you work there you have to ask yourself do you want to make money or do you just want to get through your day and never have anybody come back and see you.
