Posts: 62As I stated previously, I don't go to any FS places, I now only go to one place and see the "boss," and I won't name names, but I feel pretty confident I won't have any problems. I understand there's always a risk, but it's minimal keeping with this one place.

Posts: 297Exactly, I've been thru this before in another State. It all depends on how they police it, but a SURE way to deter mongers is to arrest and prosecute a few, that will dry up demand, which dries up supply QUICKLY, the girls / AMPs simply go elsewhere.

LurkyLurk is 100% correct. Read the new law carefully as it says you cash be arrested for "intent". If uncle LEO knows about the FS Spas, and they do, and you're caught in one you could go to jail for 4 months. At the very minimum you will have to go to court, pay a lawyer and have an arrest photo in the public domain. Not a good situation!

Posts: 15At the end of the day it is up to you but that assumes IMHO that there is going to be a lack of aggressive policing which I doubt with things being considered a felony. The way it's laid out is a guaranteed prosecutors wet dream by mere "intent" not just getting caught in the act. But again be safe and if anything goes sideways I hope someone post here letting us here know atleast. Asap.

Earlier this week I headed to 2727, which is now known as Oasis. As I got close to the location, I saw two WS police cars with lights flashing and sirens on. But they were headed for the scene of an actual crime or emergency and not for Oasis-haha. When I got there there was one car in the lot and one just leaving so business seemed good. There are two ladies there, Eva and Angela, and I don't think either one is the same as other ladies of the same name at other establishments. Angela was busy and I wound up with Eva. She was OK but nowhere near Mina of 3532 in looks. Her massage was not bad and the rest of the session was satisfactory but not good enough to inspire me to make a return trip.
I'm concerned about the new law too but I think that LE will eventually go after the establishments rather than the customers. I agree that it would not be good to be present in such an establishment if LE arrives to shut it down but it would be hard to make a case against a customer just for being present in the business. There has to be proof of solicitation to make a charge stick and I don't think it's possible to prove solicitation against a client when the lady is not a decoy and you're in a private room. LE is more interested in shutting down these establishments completely and the easiest way to do that is to make a case against them for violating laws regulating massage businesses. That's what happened when the golden age of Asian parlors in Greensboro ended abruptly in the early 2000's.

Oaken, if you get caught in one of the FS Spas you can go to jail for a minimum of 4 months (up to a year) and the girl gets nothing. The new law allows no prayer for judgement so you are screwed.

Posts: 62The possibility of a raid has always been there, and I can't remember if there has ever been a "raid" in Winston at an AMP, except 2 years ago when the intent was to shut them all down at one time. And I have never heard of a sting operation at a Winston AMP either, but who knows if it could happen or not. In either case, there has always been that risk, and my point is going someplace that I I've been to regularly and communicate via different text apps for discretion. I am not worried for my situation, but if I was visiting different AMPs and seeing different new girls all the time I would think differently. Depending on how you operate and who you see, will determine the level of risk you are putting yourself into.

Let them get raided. Let LE discover (either via warrant or because mamasan gave it up to make things better on herself) the text messages sent by clients. Let LE connect messages to clients presently on site. Now let's add in some testimony from the providers as to what transpired between themselves and the clients, and whether money was offered in exchange for those sexual services. Those new laws would be a lot more concerning then. The new laws are significantly harsher on those soliciting the sex than on those providing it.

Posts: 62I don't agree. If I go to a place where I've been before and see a person that I see regularly and trust, I am not affected and have no worries. So how would these new laws affect me in that situation? What am I missing here?

Posts: 62Why? New laws have no effect or impact on this place though, why would anybody think that? People are overly paranoid and not thinking straight.
