Agreed, the girl has to be pretty special, 400 is really pushing it. In LA and OC 90% of kgirls are 300-350 for 60 mins. You get a shower to start and a goodbye shower, full privacy, bbbj standard. $60 for 6 min is a rip off. That breaks down to $10 per min. Whereas, a regular VIP is $120/15 min which is $8 per min. Nothing tempting about paying $2 per min more for "special".
