I would say the complete decline in service plays a factor along with lease / licensing fees with that new law. I mainly went on a pent up rant on how terrible this area was for most of 2024. Which I was afraid of because this type of BS was what got Myrtle Beach basically shut down a few years ago. Might have changed in that area since then but I started going to beaches where I knew there was some fun spots to go if needed. LOL.

No offense my brother in hobby, but your expectation of a 100-150 hour long session ending in a squat fuck is fantasy of a time long gone. I am sure there are women that would offer it, but I personally would not go anywhere near them in that private location. That is heroin addict pricing now. Hour long session for nude HJ / BJ combo with a enthusiastic personality 160-180. Full options 220-250. Up front. No negotiations. That is how you get quality in this shop game now. If we did have quality hot girls that treated you like a king, you wouldn't be able to go multi times a week because they would be fully booked. You would have to schedule 3 to 4 days in advance. Going by your history, I guess you are able to speak some Cantonese or Mandarin. Which can open other avenues. Your bias towards Koreans makes me very suspect. Inflation is not it. Those prices stabilized in multiple areas of the Northeast over a year ago. Metro areas in this region followed the jump and stabilized with better options. This area went the opposite by making price points way above services to attract one sucker every once in awhile to offset the cheap ones out there. I came off pretty cocky, and for that I apologize. I got in trouble for being argumentative. I promise, that was not my intention.

I only speak of my experience at the Korean AMPs. And I have had a decent massage there. But it was far and few. And there are no face holes in the tables. Which makes you have to turn your head, it's not comfortable for massage.

I agree on rate increase. Most commercial lease rates have annual increases.

FYI. If you are worried about the increase prices you might want to check the parking lots. I work 2 jobs next to two AMPs. On a daily basis we see a hand full of women sitting in their cars taking pictures of people going in and out. Granted they are using cell phones and park close to the entrances! Good luck people the rub and tug and you might get a bug or a pissed off vigilante girlfriend!
