This happened to me many years back and got me in trouble with a great provider who got mad cause I gave her a low score. It is my understanding that in order to get anything over a 7, your review specifically needs to call out DFK, BBBJ, Greek and / or duo. In one of the few reviews I've written, I rated the provider a 10 for service. The review came back with a 9 when it posted. I complained to the reviewer and pointed out that I included the first 3 items in the review, and they updated the score to a 10. You may have been able to get the reviewer to update the score on your review or maybe the reviewer would have let you add some more details to your review to "qualify" for the higher score. I think it is a shame that TER requires specific acts to earn a higher rating. I think that is a major reason why many providers either do not list with TER or get themselves delisted.
