If you think you can trust her (and it is a public place, so that's pretty safe), I'd go ahead and meet. She likely wants to say something personal that she doesn't want to do by texting or phone. I guess you could call her and say you're willing to meet but what's this about? Finally, if I had to guess, it's about money. She wants some.

She is real and from my experience not very expensive. Is hard to connect with at first. Once she sees that you are serious she probably will give you her real number. When I saw her she was in Northside. Has a young baby. Imo seems to be an ex stripper type.

I have no idea what the situation is now but when I treated myself to her before I had a fantastic time. I try to be flexible if someone seems very interested, real and not a scammer. Offer to cover an Uber (gift card) or gas (cash at the meeting) or other actual costs she has for meeting up (babysitter). Or you can be more general and say 'I always have a gift for a girl if the meeting is successful and we're moving forward with an arrangement', and you can be evasive about what that actually is. It can be cash, but I also like to use gift cards ($25-$40) from Sephora or Victoria, you can say something flattering, like "IK pretty girls like. ".
