Considering how the reviews have been lately, I thought that maybe a "good" list may be in order for this time of year. If anyone is up for recommending ladies, I, and I'm sure others, would greatly appreciate the options. Personally, I've been hoping to find a girl that actually seems to truly get into it.

If you all stayed away from every sketch hotel and residence in Flint you'd never be able to see anyone. Be smart and you do you.

Personally I think the whole stay away is way over blown. I've been there countless times in the past to see Arianna and a few others. "I" never had an issue. I think some people on these boards get freaked out when a place is 90% brothers or if a provider hangs out with a black guy. A major issue at Travel is you go through a gate so the person who's currently on duty is watching who's coming in and out and after 10:00 pm or so the gate is closed so ya need to have whoever you're seeing come have them open the gate if they even will. Its a matter of whether they are up on rent, etc. But again, they know what's going down there. They generally arent going to stop a girl from making money because they want their cut for the room.

I've been there at all hours and again "I" have never had an issue. It's an inner city motel in Flint. It's basically what you'd expect. Ho's and drugs Mind your business, stick to the room you're going to and don't be a dick or act like you're better than anyone and generally you'll be just fine. Yes, daytime is better, but again, I've been there till literally 3 am before and not had an issue.

Be smart. Don't leave / bring valuables in your vehicle, only take what's agreed upon for the date, etc etc. My biggest advice is don't put your clothes on the ground. Set them up in something or hang away from outside walls and other dark spaces. The place has roaches and lots of them, especially the northern set of rooms. That's honestly been my biggest concern while there for me is to try not to bring uninvited guests back home.

I got to disagree a little.

I frequent it as well and have plenty of experience. Mostly in middle of night or late.

There is a closed gate, no visitors after 10 p posted.

I've never asked or been denied. I pull up to the gate and they open it right away. Don't even look at office.

The motel is beyond a dumpster fire.

I don't care what color anybody is. It's a super sketchy awful place.

It's loud 24/7, people hanging out everywhere but inside their damn room. Just a motel full of people that got nothing better to do than watch the next person coming in.

I've seen multiple fights, police presence, somebody got shot.

I've been to many questionable places.

This is definitely TOP 3 of places that are just a problem waiting to happen.
