Since Right and other standards are no longer options, I think exploring new opportunities can be a good strategy. So the new OA Spa in Orange appears to have potential. I happened upon it recently, and judging from how it's a newbie place listed on RM (and I'm not a member there so I can read the reviews), it's only been open a couple weeks or so. OA, BTW, is short for OASIS, which is what the signage says. So if it continues to grow, and we want to do searches on it here, maybe we should call it by its formal name.

Regarding missy Mia, she is young and a bit plump, and that makes her a YMMV girlie. Winger liked her, Penguin not too much, and even though I lean towards slim-with-curve spinners, I think she's doable and has solid energy. Went by this afternoon. Even though Right was closed and in fact boarded up!

Looks like it is Code Enforcement that closed the shop and boarded it up. Big red sign, says property is substandard. From the paperwork stapled to the boarded up store front, there is a laundry list of things wrong. Basically, any improvement that doesn't have a permit to cover it, is called out. Shower, lighting, laundry, water heater, room partitions, etc.

To say the least, I'm sure Right won't try to correct these issues and others have indicated they have moved on.

Here is another inexpensive way to eliminate the nuisance tenant. Rigorous inspection while cross referencing existing building permits.

In the case of Right, the paperwork also calls out the lack of a massage CUP.

Lots of ways to shut down a parlor that has become a nuisance, some are expensive like the legal battles that LFBC and City of LF endured. Involving LE is expensive, as they need to establish probable cause and gather enough forces to execute the search warrant, however LE can simply park a marked LE vehicle right in front of the entrance to the nuisance business and that in the past has served as a deterrent to the customers. Lastly, code enforcement is probably the best way, almost always can execute the kill shot and not overly expensive.

Went in for a session to try things out. The place is on a very busy street, even though there is plenty of parking in the back, you have to do walk of shame because you are right next t a restaurant and the main street.

I've lived in the area of Orange for well over a decade.

There are a number of Asian massage places (especially on Tustin St), that might give a nice legit massage, perhaps a rub & tug, but not much else.

Yeah, there might be a place like green sign that are good, but they are very short lived (Right & Royal Spa aren't in Orange, they are in S. A.).

Orange might not be as restrictive to the trade as Irvine, but the politics here ceriantly aren't supportive either.

Point being, if a "promising" place opens up, chances are it won't last long.
