If you found her ad on Rubrankings, there's a very good chance it's a scam. I've researched a number of Rubranking ads and they've always turned out to be a scam. Some of their "verified" providers are for real but there's only a couple I'd trust because I've had first hand experience with them. Be careful with Rubrankings and, as always, NEVER send a deposit.
