Just last month Jira was a top tier HYA that rimmed and allowed FIV, great service. One of my ATFs now. She's gone, but they do exist it's just pretty rare. She was in OC October then SD November. Just saw Jiyeon yesterday. She's pretty but definitely had a lot of work done and it was pretty obvious to me.
