The new law has so many loopholes in it, LE is not really going to enforce it, won't hold up in court.

For the most part, I've seen most of the girls enough times that money is just a formality and is exchanged at the end of the session. I usually adjust the total based on how the session goes. If it's busy and limited to a HH sessions, I'll give $$. If they go multiple rounds or they give great service over the hour, I'll move it up to a max of $$40.
