I've not heard of a place like that discussed here. On the other hand, we tend to I'd Apartment and Hotel Asians by either the street they are on, or a partial phone number. So it's possible somebody reviewed or talked about this place but did not call it Columbus 99.

If C-org means something else entirely, I'm lost. I did a quick Google / Bing search for "Columbus 99" and did not see anything hobby related.
