Sorry about your experience. I haven't heard anything but good things about her from others that seen her. I normally build a rapport with the ladies and make sure they are comfortable with me. Recently went back to south Charlotte spa after enjoying my previous experience, there have been a few changes. They no longer advertise a 15 minute visit, which was disappointing since I'm not one for mediocre massages and would rather get straight to the action. This visit. I was asked to wait in a room by the receptionist, and she brought the girls by one at a time for me to choose who I wanted. One of the benefits of south Charlotte spa, in my opinion, is the ability to pay with card up front. I opted for 30 minutes for 60 with a $60 tip.
